# Refund & Return Policy

Every Seoul Collective tee is printed just for you after you order. Because each shirt is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product page before you order. Our tees have a relaxed oversized fit.

## If something's wrong, we'll make it right
If your order arrives **misprinted, damaged, defective, or it's the wrong item**, we'll send you a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.

To get help:
1. Email us at **lblackbear@icloud.com** within **30 days of delivery**.
2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the problem (and of the label if you got the wrong size or item).
3. We'll reply within 2 business days. You don't need to send the item back unless we ask.

## Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or it shows delivered but you can't find your package, email us and we'll help. We'll look into it with the carrier. If the package was lost in transit, we'll reprint and resend it at no cost. We can't replace orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout, or packages marked delivered to the correct address, but we'll always try to help.

## Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to post it.

## Cancellations
Because we start printing quickly, we can only cancel or change an order if you email us within **12 hours** of placing it.
