This website is operated by Seoul Collective. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Seoul Collective. We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from it, to you, the user, on the condition that you accept all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site or buying something from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including the policies they reference, such as our Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell our products.

Our tees are made to order. We do our best to show product colors and images accurately, but we can't guarantee that your screen will display colors exactly, and printed artwork may vary slightly from on-screen previews. Sizes, availability and product descriptions may change. We may limit sales of any product to any person, region or jurisdiction, case by case.

## Section 6: Billing and account information
We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. If we change or cancel an order, we will try to notify you by the email or billing address provided at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.
